Terms of Service – Fixer Guy Dubai

1. Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling a service via phone, email, website form, or WhatsApp, the client accepts these terms of service in full.
2. Services Provided
Fixer Guy agrees to provide property maintenance and repair services as described in the approved quote. Any additional work requested on-site will be subject to a revised estimate.
3. Booking and Payment
Estimates must be approved by the client in writing before work starts. Payments are due immediately upon service completion unless an alternative arrangement (e.g. renovation progress payments) has been agreed upon.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We request that clients notify us at least 24 hours in advance if they need to reschedule or cancel a service visit. This helps us optimize technician routes from our Al Quoz hub.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
