Kitchen Appliances Integration in Dubai – Built-In & Smart Solutions
Appliance integration is planned at the design stage and executed during renovation. Correct electrical circuits, cabinet openings, and duct routing must be confirmed before cabinets are installed — not after. We ensure every appliance is integrated correctly from day one.
Kitchen appliance integration means planning your appliances into the kitchen from the beginning — not adding them as an afterthought. Built-in ovens require specific cabinet opening dimensions. Induction hobs need dedicated electrical circuits. Range hoods need a clear duct route above the cabinets. Dishwashers need plumbing connections behind base units. All of these must be confirmed during the design phase and executed during first-fix, before cabinets are installed.

Understanding the difference helps you make the right choice for your kitchen renovation budget and aesthetic goals.
Built-In Advantages
- ✓Seamless appearance — appliances blend with cabinetry
- ✓Maximises kitchen space — no gaps between appliance and cabinets
- ✓Higher perceived property value for sales and lettings
- ✓Ovens at eye level — ergonomic and safer
Freestanding Considerations
- →Lower upfront cost — standard appliances are typically cheaper
- →Easier to replace individually without cabinet changes
- →Suitable for rental properties where flexibility is needed
Electrical & Plumbing Requirements
All appliance installations must meet Dubai's electrical and plumbing standards.
Built-in ovens and induction hobs require dedicated circuits, not shared with other sockets. Circuit ratings (32A or 45A) must be confirmed from the appliance specification sheet before electrical first-fix.
Gas hob connections in Dubai must be carried out by a licensed gas contractor. We coordinate this as part of the renovation scope. Improper gas connections are a serious safety risk and a compliance issue.
Hot and cold supply and a waste connection are required for dishwasher installation. These are routed during first-fix plumbing before the base units are installed.
